I accept the following insurance: Regence, Premera Blue Cross, Anthem, Ambetter, First Choice Health, Humana (Gold Plan Plus HMO, only), Lifewise, Apple Care/Medicaid (Coordinated Care and Community Health Plan of WA).

I do not accept Kaiser, United Healthcare, Molina, Aetna, Cigna and Medicare.
